MUCKLO

Out of the flatlands of Frankfort, Indiana, Mucklo conjures something stranger than the landscape deserves. Equal parts psychedelia and grit, their sound wraps you in atmospheric noise before pulling the floor out from under you.

Formed from the dissonant chemistry of four individuals who found each other somewhere between basement shows and late-night feedback spirals, Mucklo operates in the space where melody corrodes and intention blurs into static.

Their debut EP Personas (2016) is a document of dissociation — six tracks of dystopian imagery, hypnotic repetition, and the kind of noise that gets under your skin and refuses to leave. No polish. No compromise.

Rooted in the underground Midwest scene and distributed through Megaphauna Records, Mucklo are proof that the most unsettling transmissions come from the quietest places.
